Your main tasks:

  • participation in projects and implementation of access control systems, video surveillance, structured cabling systems, local networks, and building automation;
  • installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment;
  • development of technical solutions and client consultation;
  • interaction with suppliers; maintenance and modernization of existing systems.

What is important to us:

  • higher education in IT or Engineering,
  • at least 1 year of work experience,
  • basic understanding of security systems and networks,
  • ability to work with technical documentation,

Smart Security — a company implementing engineering and IT solutions for business — is looking for a Sales Manager to develop our B2B direction.

 

Our clients are hotels, banks, fitness clubs, office centers, manufacturing enterprises, and infrastructure facilities. We don’t just sell equipment; we sell comprehensive solutions, so we are looking for a strong player with experience in project sales.

In this role, you will be involved in searching for and attracting new clients, developing existing relationships, and conducting negotiations at various levels of decision-making — from technical specialists to top management. You will identify client needs, form technical and commercial proposals, present solutions, and support deals from the first contact to the signing of the contract.

Also included in the tasks are working with tenders, preparing documentation, interacting with the technical team, participating in calculations and specifications, monitoring contract execution, and CRM management. It is important to analyze the market, competitors, and meet the sales plan.

We expect 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in engineering solutions or system integration, an understanding of the technical component of the product, experience with long-cycle deals, and negotiation skills. Systematic thinking, initiative, communication skills, and result orientation are also vital.
