Emily Resort is a modern recreation complex that required a high-tech approach to security and automation. Our team implemented a comprehensive ecosystem to ensure comfort for guests and efficient management for the staff. The project involved the integration of multiple security layers into a single, user-friendly interface, covering everything from guest rooms to sports facilities and public areas.

OBJECTIVE:

Building a global, innovative, and intelligently distributed access control system across all premises and the entire territory of the complex.

SOLUTION:

Selecting a single brand — installation of a global SALTO Access Control System (ACS).

FACILITIES EQUIPPED WITH ACS:

The FC Rukh Football Academy building, which includes offices, a 120-room hotel for players, a rehabilitation center, and a medical center; a 5-star hotel with 168 rooms featuring a restaurant, conference halls, office zones, and its own SPA; a SPA complex designed for 300+ visitors; a fitness club; an indoor sports arena; an event hall with a capacity of 500+ people; an entertainment center with a pool for 800+ visitors; a VIP island for 300+ people; a football pitch and tennis courts with a 100-room hostel for youth sports camps; a youth football school with a 120-room hostel; and changing rooms for 3 beaches designed for 1,400 people.

Technological Solutions Implemented within the Project

ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

Used to manage guest room locks, elevators, service doors, barriers, and parking lots. It also interacts with paid service systems.

SYSTEM INTEGRATION (SCS, LAN)

The integrated complex includes: combining individual engineering systems into a single management system and using a unified information environment.

AUTOMATION & DISPATCH SYSTEMS

Reduces human error in building engineering, allows mobile device management, and monitors the internal systems of the facility.

STORAGE SYSTEMS

KEMAS automated lockers are designed for simple and secure storage of documents and valuables, equipped with advanced security features.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM

Captures illegal acts, monitors staff performance quality, and provides overall situational awareness at the site.

DIGITAL SIGNAGE

Digital Signage multimedia displays allow you to showcase desired content for informing or entertaining your guests.

INTRUSION ALARM SYSTEM

Detects unauthorized entry promptly, identifies the exact location, and alerts security personnel or law enforcement.

HOSPITALITY TV SYSTEM

We offer a hotel TV system as a powerful integrated info-entertainment solution with interactive capabilities.
