There are situations when one of the employees needs to access the company’s territory, but for some reason, the system denies them access (for example, when attempting to pass through during off-hours).
Usually, the admission of such an employee is carried out by unlocking the turnstile from the control panel – in this case, as a rule, only the access point unlocking event is registered.
Such a situation in the “Sphinx” ACS can be resolved upon obtaining a specific authorization from a security officer – to do this, simply click the mouse on the access denial event in the surveillance interface and select the corresponding item. In this case, the passage event will be correctly registered in the system.
