By using the new module, you can organize paid access to corporate cafeterias, parking lots, fitness centers, and similar facilities.
Deduction of funds or visits upon passage
Available with the “Payment System” software module, which allows setting up settlement accounts for various access objects (employees or vehicles).
Accounts can be measured in both funds and the prepaid number of visits. When an employee enters a corporate cafeteria, for example, the cost of a set lunch can be deducted. If there are insufficient funds or visits, access to the territory will be denied.
Zone capacity limits
Used when there is a limited number of spaces in a zone, for example, in a parking lot with a specific number of spaces. It works globally within the system: the perimeter of the restricted zone can be managed by multiple controllers. Exceptions can be set for certain individuals, meaning they will be allowed to enter even if no free spaces are available.
Connection of “vacant / full” indicators
Indicators connect to any free terminal of the “Sphinx” ACS controller and are activated when the corresponding zone is full. For example, if there are free spaces available in the parking lot, the sign “vacant” will light up.
Connection of information displays
Currently, there is an option to connect the “Infotab” information display. The displays not only show information regarding the availability of free spaces but also their exact number, most commonly used in parking lots. Integration of other electronic display models is possible upon additional request.
